REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS AND NAME CHANGES
 
All cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail (summitregistration@outandequal.org) and the following fees will apply:
 
- A $50.00 cancellation fee will apply for cancellation notices received on or before Tuesday, July 31, 2012.
 
- A $100.00 cancellation fee will apply for cancellation notices received after Tuesday, July 31 and on or before Friday, August 31, 2012.
 
- No refund of any kind will be given for cancellation notices received after Friday, August 31, 2012.
 
- Name changes and substitutions from the same organization are welcomed at no additional fee until 9PM EST Sunday,
September 30, 2012.

(NEW PROCESS THIS YEAR!) HOTEL CONFIRMATION NUMBERS
In an effort to effectively manage the room blocks at the five Summit hotels, final hotel reservation confirmations numbers will be sent to you approximately two weeks prior to the start of the Summit via email. Please DO NOT contact the hotels or Summit Registration Headquarters prior to this time for hotel reservation confirmation numbers.

The registration confirmation email you receive at the end of this online registration process guarantees your hotel reservation at your selected hotel based on the main Summit check-in and check-out dates that you will indicate.

Thank you for your interest in the Out & Equal Workplace Summit. Online Registration is now closed. If you would like to register, you may do so onsite at the Workplace Summit Registration Desk which will be located at the Hilton Anatole. Desk hours are as follows:
 
Monday, October 29........ 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Tuesday, October 30......  7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Wednesday, October 31... 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Thursday, November 1..... 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

GROUP HOUSING REQUESTS & QUESTIONS

Out & Equal can secure group housing blocks for valued sponsors and large contingents (at least 10 or more attendees).

To request group housing, please e-mail Summit Registration Headquarters (Attention: Jennifer Hyatt) at summitregistration@outandequal.org. Include the name of your requested hotel and the numbers of rooms you will need. Group housing requests will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis. Requests must be received NO LATER than Friday, September 21.
