All cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail (email@example.com) and the following fees will apply:
A $50 cancellation fee will apply for cancellation notices received before July 31, 2010.
A $100 cancellation fee will apply for cancellation notices received after July 31, 2010 and before August 31, 2010.
No refund of any kind will be given for cancellation notices received after August 31, 2010.
Name changes and substitutions are allowed until 9pm EST Sept 24th.

Thank you for your interest in the Out & Equal Workplace Summit. Online Registration is now closed. You may register onsite at the Workplace Summit Registration Desk which will be located at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Desk hours are as follows:
Tuesday, October 5.............7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Wednesday, October 6.........7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Thursday, October 7............7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Friday, October 8................8:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
