Therefore, once again, I am pleased to present on behalf of our 300+ ConferenceDirect Associates, our Annual Partner Meeting (APM) to be held March 17 – 22, 2013 at Aria Casino & Resort, an MGM Resorts International property in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The investment you make in APM has one of the greatest returns of any partner or industry show you have access to all year long.  Partners receive pre-trip reporting to clearly identify the direct sales opportunities that have the most value to you prior to making the trip.  The reverse-trade show set-up allows for our Partners to quickly identify and engage with those Associates that have business potential for them.

Participation in and the benefits of our Annual Partner Meeting are only available to our Preferred Partners.  We certainly welcome you to become a Preferred Partner prior to APM so that you can enjoy this and other benefits of being a ConferenceDirect Preferred Partner.

Finally, customized especially for our Partners, we have education available for you to learn about how to increase your ConferenceDirect business as well as effective use of CVENT.  We will have networking opportunities to allow you to continue your relationship building and business discussions with our Associates after the show and of course, our Partners of the Year will be recognized and honored.

Can’t wait for next Spring?  Visit our website and learn more about our exclusive event CDX12 taking place at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans, November 27 – 30, 2012.

I hope to see you all at APM and personally welcome you whether you are a repeat attendee or there for the first time.  Viva Las Vegas!

Sincerely,

Welcome to APM 2013
An introduction from Brian Stevens

Dear Partners,

Our business is the strongest it has been in the history of ConferenceDirect.  We weathered the challenges faced by our industry the past few years and left Orlando Refined & Ready to grow even stronger in the coming years.

Our customers’ expectations continue to grow.  The number of meetings booked is increasing.  And technology is playing a larger role than ever in our meetings and events space.  Nevertheless, relationships remain KEY when it comes to building and maintaining valuable partnerships that help us all grow our business.
