Conference Hotel Information
G-Force Amsterdam 2010 will be held at the RAI Congress Centre. All hotel reservations should be made directly through the RAI Hotel & Travel Service. Their online reservation system allows you to search for hotels by star rating and area. You can view a map showing the location of the hotel in relation to the RAI Congress Centre and find detailed information about each hotel. Discounted room rates at the official conference hotels are limited, so please don't delay in making your reservation as the demand for rooms in Amsterdam is high during this event.

Conference attendees will be responsible for their hotel room costs.

PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations of individual reservations will be charged an administration fee of €15,00 per room. For cancellations received within 48 hours prior to the arrival date, the hotel is entitled to charge the first night's room rate. Changes to reservations with arrival times during a weekend or on a Monday can only be processed if received before 17:00 (CET) on the preceding Friday.

DAILY UPDATE ON G-FORCE AMSTERDAM

G-Force Amsterdam 2010 is on schedule for 27-29 April at RAI Congress Centre in Amsterdam. These daily updates are provided to give our attendees the latest information on opening of airspace, airports or continued airport closures throughout Europe.

We are pleased to report that the air traffic agency Eurocontrol indicated that air traffic in Europe is back to “almost 100%” as of Thursday, 22 April. Only further update is a couple of airports in Iceland are now closing temporarily.

If you have not registered but still wish to attend G-Force Amsterdam, onsite registration begins at 08:00 on Tuesday, 27 April at the RAI Congress Centre in the Diamond Lounge located on the ground floor.
