Cancellation Policy
Once you've submitted payment, your registration is considered confirmed. Cancellations requested by April 15, 2004, will be accepted without penalty, and a refund will be made in full for any funds received. From April 16 to May 13, 2005, a $200 processing fee will be deducted from your refund. No refunds will be approved after May 13. Name substitutions will be allowed without penalty.
