Payment Policy and Cancellation Fees
Full payment of your conference fee must be provided or committed to at the time of the registration. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard or American Express. All financial transactions are processed on a secure server.
In the event of a cancellation or substitution, a written notice must be received no later than:
7 working days prior to each scheduled event date.
A $25 conference cancellation fee will be applied. Confirmed registrants who cancel after the date listed above or who do not attend the Conference will be charged the full amount. All refunds will be processed after the conference. All cancellation and substitution requests must be made in writing to: adobe_regsvcs@cs3conference.com.
